Thank you for choosing Dockside Solutions.  The easiest way to sign up for a mailbox is to bring your 2 forms of ID and come see our friendly staff at Dockside Solutions located at Shilshole Bay Marina in Seattle.  However, if you are unable to do that these are the steps to sign up online:

Print these forms. The USPS 1583 form must be notarized and 2 forms of identification must be copied.   For examples of acceptable forms of identification click here.  You may also print the Notary All-Purpose Acknowledgement to give to the notary to fill out:
